They cater to both small events and large-scale catering functions, and are available 24/7 for last-minute staffing requests.

Phoenix Hospitality Group has a global recruitment process and can provide local jobs as well as opportunities overseas. They also provide stewarding and commercial cleaning support for hotel operations, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygienic conditions in hotel kitchens. For apprentice chefs, Phoenix Hospitality Group offers training programs with a qualified commercial cookery teacher and industry experience. Their fees cover annual leave, superannuation, sick leave, public holidays, college block release, tool allowance, and workers’ compensation. They offer three options for training apprentices, including block release, day release, and on-the-job training.

Phoenix Hospitality Group also provides event staff, including front-of-house staff, catering staff, and chefs. They have qualified experienced chefs available within 24 hours for short or long-term positions, and their weekly invoices cover all costs without any payroll tax, super, work cover, holiday pay, sick pay, or recruitment hassles.
