Health and Safety is our top priority, which is why all of our stewards are fully equipped, have a full food safety certificate, are trained in all aspects of commercial cleaning and are HACCP certified. Our staff undergoes continuous training and our sites are fully audited weekly to ensure the best service for our clients. Additionally, we have an on-call Operation Team Manager to answer any questions or concerns during an event.

Our services include HACCP Certified Commercial Kitchen Stewarding, Commercial Kitchen Deep Cleaning, COVID Cleaning, Eco Lab Chemical Certification, Food Safety certificates, Public Area Cleaning, Kitchen Hands, Chief Stewards, and Stewarding Supervisors.

When it comes to our Apprentice Chefs, all are trained to the highest standards. Our qualified commercial cookery teacher has industry and TAFE experience and offers training options, including Block Release to TAFE, Day Release, and On-The-Job Training. Our fees include Annual Leave, Superannuation, Sick Leave, Public Holidays, College Block Release, Tool Allowance, and Workers Compensation. There are no upfront costs and apprentices are paid weekly by us.
